II. The Principle of NTC Thermistors

An NTC thermistor is a negative temperature coefficient resistor (IRFZ24NPBF) whose resistance changes with temperature. When the temperature rises, the resistance of the NTC thermistor decreases; when the temperature drops, the resistance of the NTC thermistor increases. The relationship between the resistance of the NTC thermistor and temperature can be expressed by the following formula:

Rt=R0exp(B(1/T-1/T0))

Among them, Rt is the resistance value of the NTC thermistor, R0 is the resistance value of the NTC thermistor at the reference temperature, B is the B-value of the NTC thermistor, T is the current temperature, and T0 is the reference temperature..diode
