At present, the new negative pressure sensor has been miniaturized, and the negative pressure sensor is integrated with the conversion and processing circuit to form an integrated component. This type of component that integrates sensors with diode conversion and processing circuits is commonly referred to as a transmitter, which outputs a standard electrical signal (0-5V voltage or 4-20mA current). The weight of the small negative pressure sensor can be less than 70g, so it can be directly installed on the sticker head (as shown in Figure 2). Due to the sequential suction and installation of each nozzle during the operation of the multi nozzle sticking head, two nozzles can also share a negative pressure sensor through an electromagnetic valve (as shown in Figure 3).diode
