3、 Working principle

The working principle of thin film transistors is based on the principle of field-effect transistors. When a voltage is applied to the gate, an electric field is generated between the gate and source, which can control the flow of electrons in thin film semiconductor materials. When the gate voltage is high, electrons will flow from the source to the drain, forming a conductive state; When the gate voltage is low, electrons cannot pass through the thin film semiconductor material, forming a cutoff state.

4、 Control module

The control module of thin film transistors generally consists of gate drive circuits, source drain drive circuits, and signal processing circuits. Among them, the gate driving circuit is used to control the voltage of the gate, the source drain driving circuit is used to control the voltage of the source and drain, and the signal processing circuit is used to process the input signal and output signal.
