Anhua High launches small-sized field-effect transistor products for wireless communication

Avago has launched the industry's smallest packaged Field Effect Transistor (FET) product, with a size of only 1.0 x 0.5 x 0.25 mm. These ultra small, low thickness, discrete, diode and low-noise devices occupy less than 5% of the space in the standard SOT-343 package. The newly launched VMMK-1218 and -1225 use Avago's innovative chip level packaging technology to bring miniaturized transistor products with high-frequency operation capability and excellent heat dissipation effect.
